By purchasing a ticket and attending Release. Regulate. Radiate., you agree to the following:
1. Nature of Event
This immersion is an educational and experiential event. It is not therapy, psychotherapy, medical treatment or psychiatric care. Nothing provided during the event constitutes medical or psychological advice.
2. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that participation in breathwork, somatic movement, emotional processing and physical exercises involves inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing during and after the event.

You agree to listen to your body, self regulate and remove yourself from any exercise if necessary.
3. Medical Disclosure
You confirm that all relevant medical conditions, psychological diagnoses, trauma history, medications and dietary requirements have been fully disclosed in your intake form.

Failure to disclose relevant conditions may increase risk and releases the organiser from liability.
4. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted under Irish law, the organiser, venue and associated staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage or claim arising from your participation in the event, except in cases of gross negligence.

A physical waiver will be signed upon arrival.
5. Intellectual Property
All teachings, frameworks, exercises and methodologies delivered during Release. Regulate. Radiate. are the intellectual property of Niamh Ryan and are protected under Irish and EU copyright law.

No materials, processes or recordings may be copied, distributed, replicated, taught or used commercially without prior written consent.
6. Media & Content Usage
Photography and videography will take place during teaching and speaking portions of the event.

By attending, you consent to the use of general event imagery and footage for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in content, you must notify the organiser in writing prior to the event and inform the team on arrival.
7. Behaviour & Respect
All attendees agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward:

• Other participants
• Hotel staff
• Venue staff
• Event facilitators

Any behaviour deemed disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful may result in removal from the event without refund.
8. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared by other attendees during the immersion.
9. Payment & Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

Tickets may be transferred privately. The organiser must be notified in writing of any transfer.

If you cannot attend all three days, the full ticket price still applies.
10. Force Majeure
The organiser is not liable for cancellation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions or venue closure.
